Swimming Training @ TAS

As usual:

200m Breaststroke to warm up
200m Freestyle Kick
2 x 25m Freestyle Kick (Fast) each w 25m Breaststroke recovery
While Jerry & Colin do their usual Freestyle swim
I was asked to do 2 x 50m one hand freestyle (w board)
* Had problem on left hand side.
Did another 50m freestyle one hand pull (w/o board)
After some rest we will ask to do 50M Freestyle Kick (Fast)

The training ended with 800m breaststroke, my timing was about 23min)

Still struggling with Freestyle swim.... Coach said I am still too nervous and not relax. :-(
Aiya, swimming freestyle is still a problem (or challenge) that I need to OVERCOME.
OK. OK. After Powerman - PutraJaya.. I will commit to get it right.

Nevertheless, it was a good swimming workout. Good Lung exercise for next week's 2Km swim at Desaru!!!!
